Valarie is AWESOME!. She very patiently stuck with us over many months while we waffled between buying land to build a retirement home, a fixer-upper, a relocation from our current residence to a new residence, to finally a vacation home/rental. She helped us do research, worked with specialists to make sure we didn't make a huge mistake, and in the end found us something that was very different from where we started, but turned out to be perfect. I'd definitely work with her again and highly recommend her.

What a treat is was to work with Valerie! As a buyer that was living in another state, it was hard to find a forever home. One meeting with Valerie and she totally understood my needs and wants. Within two weeks she found me a home. She did the physical work of going to homes and reporting back to me. I was empowered thru Valerie to make choices with her excellent feedback.
