Craft Hair Studio

There are not enough stars for the fabulous McKenzie and her super chill and friendly Craft Hair Studio. I started going to her four years ago after cancer took away my hair and I barely had anything to work with, she was gracious and thoughtful and has walked the path with me figuring out how to deal with my hair since then. It always looks amazing when shes done, and Im in a better mood from laughing with her the whole entire time. 1000% worth every penny.

I had such a great experience with Alicia! She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of hair tips with me that Ill always remember and also share with others. She is so kind and positive! I loved how transparent the whole process was from the information on their website, to the booking, to my actual session. This salon is true to their word and Im so happy to see a salon empower their employees and clients. Alicia did a great job on my hair and listened/answered all my questions and worries that I had about my hair transformation. I left with my hair looking amazing and healthy; I highly recommend this salon!

I had such an amazing experience with Craft Hair Studio! From the moment I booked my appointment to my final result! All of the staff that I saw or interacted with were extremely professional and personable! Cirana did such a beautiful job! During our consultation, she discussed my hair goals and what I typically do with my hair to better suit me personally as well as my lifestyle. I have not had a stylist take that time for me before. She also was so fun and outgoing! My appointment felt like it flew by because we talked and laughed throughout the duration. She discussed some of the processes with me and overall left me looking beautiful! I will definitely be coming here for all of my hair wants and needs!

Kristen @crafthairstudionw was amazing! She took my idk what to do Im just sad at how my hair looks and turned it into something I feel confident and beautiful in! She was highly recommended on a military wives page I follow, and Im so glad I listened! I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else. It was also really clean, the pricing was fair, and they really listen to what you want done. 5 stars for sure!

They make you sign their cancellation poilicy that if you cancel less than 24hrs in advance you have to pay 50% of the service. Not only was my appointment canceled less than 24hrs in advanced they wouldnt honor the time nor the price I was quoted, wanting me to now have to get off of work 2 and a half hrs earlier, and now pay $60 more. Canceled all together due to there unprofessionals and being told that the policy is that way because if the client cancels its often impossible to fill that slot and results in lost wages for the stylist so I guess as a paying customer that also had to adjust their schedule to get off 3 hours earlier and then having to adjust to get off 5 hours earlier in total now and pay more. Canceled my appt and cant wait to see Danielle at Meraki Beauty Lounge for my locked in price and time and my hair will done just in time for my baby shower now ! Look out for this because the money isnt the big deal the problem is they cant honor what they have you booked under and have no problem wanting you to adjust around them .
