The owner Jake is the biggest fake, he'll tell you what you want to hear and then make it sound like he bent over backwards for you and he is known to consistently be a couple thousand over his estimate.

Unless all you need done is paint....I hired this company to rebuild my home after a fire. Not only could they not stick within the timeline, but they did things so bass-ackwards that the new contractor had to redo so much of what I had been billed and paid for... for instance, before rebuilding the wall, they set the trusses. The trusses were set crooked and a couple were set backwards. Two of them broke because of the stress of being wrongly installed. They billed for full demolition, but did not complete it. They billed for clearing the crawl space and laying plastic, but it was not done. They used 2x4 for an exterior wall when code is 2'6. I could go on and on, but the biggest of all their mistakes was that they have a $30K installment that has not been used and claim they don't have to refund me. There is a lawsuit in the works. Better Business Bureau is involved. The state attorney General is aware, and waiting on others to let them know of the deceitful practices. He threatened to sue me if I gave a negative review, but the truth is something he can't defend against...

I must commend Pete, the worker who did most of the work in removing the old island range hood and installing the new hood that I provided. He prepared th site, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Everything worked perfectly when he was done. The downside to the job was the tremendous disparity in the estimate and the final bill. I was provided an estimate of $440.00 for "the Range cooktop vent replacement". I received a bill of $2,489..76! I disputed this figure and some of the items in the bill; this resulted in a subsequent bill of $2,315.04. I have had estimates from contractors who have performed work on my home and the final bills normally came within a few hundred dollars of their estimate. But getting an invoice that is FIVE TIMES HIGHER than the estimate is astounding of smacks of unprofessionalism to say the least! I thought of fighting this in the courts, but at 80+ years of age, I have better things to do with my time than to spend it with a lawyer. I STRONGLY recommend getting at least three estimates for your jobs and be suspicious of low-ball offers! 9/3/23. Almost four months of my review a rebuttal appears! It read like a politician's trumpeting of promises but all are lies, just like a politician! There was NO extensive work involved at all; he viewed the new vent I provided before the job and uttered no problems; he NEVER spoke to me of any anticipated problems. He said in a subsequent email he would have liked to 'be my friend'. I don't need friends like this. I notice his web site was sanitized to remove negative reviews; only "good" reviews are viewable. All I can say to anyone considering using this company is CAVEAT EMPTOR! Service: Fan installation
