Driver driving out of control. Cut me off almost hit a postman walking across the street. When I finally got beside him I noticed that he was on his cellphone. Very irresponsible wont be using them again

This company was the most unresponsive company ever. No service at all after initial bait stations set up. No communication. Save your money and do it yourself.

The bill says Western exterminator company, dont give these people your address. Dont believe what their ad says they will come on your property without your permission, supposedly and they will send you a bill without doing the work .five or six times I called them and they said it Looks like theres a mistake, but I still get the bill. Beware Western exterminator company. Looks like fraudulent billing practices, when they ask for your address for a estimate to remove a beehive dont give them your address they will trespass

Management changed now they want a monthly perimeter charge (? Spray) to do simple yearly wasp and yellow jacket control. This had worked nearly ten years keeping the wasp and yellow jackets down. The Honey bees and Bumble bees were not affected in the past. Then all the sudden for no reason they became greedy....too bad they were so good for many years, we were regulars. And in the winter what bugs, snow on the ground. I tried this before with other companys and it made zero difference. Just remove the wasps and hornets, but I guess I will do it myself. Why the name change? We need the reasonable service that destroys the hornets and wasps Why is that so complicated, you did it every year for us? Wintertime spraying your water down for ....well nothing? We have only a wasp and hornet problem you should be experts , you old service covered us for at least a year and a half! This year is the worst ever for yellow jackets, they still piss me off. Treatment for one nest wont work on a acreage with out buildings. Especially with multiple small nests, Its like putting out a forest fire with a squirt gun!
