We used Andrii for a Notary and Apostille needed a POA for a Cabo, Mexico R.E. transaction. Met him on Sunday night to notarize Paperwork for POA. The next day Monday he took paperwork to Olympia to get Apostille at State Capitol and then he FedEXed the paperwork to Mexico. He did it all in 24hrs! Talk about professional service, and great guy too and fun to talk to. Andrei is very Honest, Detailed and Thorough... We will definitely use and refer him again! Oh, He drives to Olympia State Capitol every Monday to get Apostille's done, so you don't have to go yourself or use USPS, Who does that?

Regrettably, my interaction with Andreii was unsatisfactory. Despite assurances, there were empty promises, communication was severely lacking, and ultimately, the failure to deliver the promised service resulted in a situation where I lost more than a week of valuable time.
