        Neha Tamrez was very kind and helpful throughout the whole insurance process. I had just bought a new car and was pretty new to figuring out everything, but she helped me figure out all that I needed and was always prompt and kind in her replies.

        My experience with David has been irritating since the start. I recently switched agent and couldn't be happier! The issue I had with David are as follow: he takes forever to reply, each time a request to update a policy he would get it wrong 2 or 3 times before its correct and lastly, there is no message in the email body, its blank - not even a 'hello' 'sorry for the late reply' 'here you go' nothing! He is very unprofessional and acts as if you are not worth his time, beware.
