This small family business will be my go-to firewood source from now on! I found them because of their great reviews on yelp, and couldn't be happier with them. Jennifer answers the phone and the email and responds very quickly to questions, and her husband delivered the 1/4 cord of hardwood to our Seattle (Queen Anne) home. (I love that I was able to buy just 1/4 cord--most places won't do less than half a cord!) Jennifer was awesome when I asked about negotiating for stacking of the wood near my front door, which is a full flight of stairs above street level. I sent her photos to make sure they knew what this would entail. In the end, I was able to pay a (very reasonable, in my opinion) extra fee to have their three teenage boys carry all of the wood up the stairs and stack it for me. They were prompt, efficient, and all around awesome. I can't recommend this company enough!
