As someone who has always been a bit apprehensive about dental visits, finding Dr. Karen Wangs practice has truly been a game-changer! She takes the time to explain every aspect of my dental health, leaving me feeling more informed after each visit. Not only do I get all of my dental work done here, but the treatment is also virtually painless. The meticulousness in her work, and the results speak for themselves- absolutely beautiful. Plus, the use of photos to illustrate each step of the process is both educational and reassuring! The dental team is AMAZING! The assistants, Ana & Alice, are such sweethearts. I honestly get so excited to see them every time I visit. ALSO, the hygienist, Lisa, IS INCREDIBLE. My teeth feel sooo clean afterwards;it makes me motivated to keep up the cleanliness at home, lol. On top of all of that, the office manager, Kimberly, is so helpful and communicative. She takes the time to help answer ALL the questions I have! Even after my boyfriend and I moved out of state, we still make the journey back to this dental practice! Dr. Wangs exceptional care makes every visit worth it. Despite the distance, we wouldnt trust anyone else with our dental health. Weve been loyal patients here for a few years now, and I cant express how thankful I am for Bothell Smiles!!!

Dr Wang and her staff are phenomenal! I had not been to dentist for a long time due to bad experience. Shes very in tune with what patients need to feel comfortable. She listens to your concerns/fears. Very transparent with costs/procedures, what to expect. We just relocated to Everett and will still drive into Bothell to see her. We love her and the team!

This place ruined my husbands teeth. My husband never suffer from so many problem with his teeth until we went to this clinic. There front desk Kimberly is rude and kept giving our medical advices she never trained to and she told us we cannot talk to the dentist who did the filling to my husband. I wish I never walked into this clinic where is all the nightmares started. I attached a x-ray to this post which the other two dentists told us it is a fracture of the cavity filling, but Dr. Wang said she talked to her professor at UW and her professor told her that it is glue and sent us away without even any assessmentI guess the lesson I learned from here is do not just choose a dental office because it close to where you live. Make sure the clinician is capable to fix the problem instead of causing more Update: I hope Dr. Wang never lied to us, if she does not want to follow up with us, she can just letting us know. We asked for the 3rd opinion, the black space on the x-ray, it is not thick glue as she told us, when it is black it means that area is empty. I think we can understand that the filling for the cavity has a fracture under half a year, but it is both unethical and unacceptable she lied about her professor from UW said it is thick glue just in order to send us away. Please do not lie like this to your other pts in the future, because it is misleading and may delay the treatment for people who are suffering.

My regular dentist office had a new dentist on staff and while reviewing my x-rays, he told me I needed a root canal and was referring me to an endodontist. I didnt have any tooth pain, so I wanted a second opinion since he was so quick to recommend a root canal. I came to Dr. Wangs office for a second opinion on my root canal and chose her due to positive reviews others had posted. At my appt. she took x-rays which were more detailed than the x-rays at my own dentist and took the time to show me exactly where the cavity was in relation to the tooth pulp and why my dentist was quick to recommend a root canal. Dr. Wang was upfront about my treatment options. Either I get a root canal or she could try to do a filling. She was very transparent there might be a chance once she gets into my tooth, my cavity would be too close to the nerve and she would have to pack my tooth and I would have to get the root canal anyways. I felt well-informed about my options by Dr. Wang and chose to have her do the filling. Dr. Wangs work is meticulous and she spent time having me bite down and getting the shape of the filling right. Its been about a month post-filling and I havent had any issues with my tooth. Highly recommend Dr. Wang if you want someone that provides honest treatment plans for you to make an informed decision, uses the latest technologies and walks you through the process with pictures. She saved me from needing to get a root canal. Thats a win in my book!
