It's never our intent to let you down, and though we're not privy to the reasons for their decision, you will have a letter from them with more details within 30 days of your visit. Republic Bank considers criteria such as identity verification, IRS repayment history, current status of child support, student loans, tax liens, etc. in factoring their decision, as well as the estimated size of your anticipated tax refund.
