Every year I come in to print birthday invitations and every year, I regret my decision. The customer service is non-existent, regardless of the employee working. The lack of friendliness and helpfulness is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. I will be looking elsewhere for my printing needs.

Zero accountability for their mistakes. I have two packages sent to this location. I unexpectedly needed to leave town and was unable to pick up in the allowed time. I called the location and was assured the would hold it an additional day. I was called again but an employee asking off I was picking up, I told him I called in already to have it held longer and he said great. I went to pick it up today and they returned it. They told me I needed to call customer service which then told me I needed to contact the company the package came from. Basically I have to do more running around because they did not do their job.
