        Small little park had excess to the trails and had a picnic area for kids between 3-5years of age I would say no parking spot it the development park you park front of road. I'm not sure if open to public it a cute little park. No restrooms because it not a public park mostly for those who live there. Playground: Small but connected to trails. Picnic area: Open space
