Received Full Attic Remediation. NW Crawl Space cleaned the attic to remove old insulation and debris including bird feces and nests. Sealed entry points to prevent animals from re-entering the attic. Added new insulation. Installed/replaced attic Baffle to correct airflow and ventilation issues and prevent installation from blocking ventilation. Treated mold and resealed wood with Kilz to prevent regrowth. Installed attic fan. Appointment for quote and install was fast and easy. Quote was transparent and all my questions were answered. Received photos before and after attic completion. Job was completed in fewer days than expected. Company did a follow-up visit roughly two weeks after install to double-check the work and ask if I had any concerns. I mentioned a small concern and they listened and immediately addressed it at no extra cost. Very pleased with the service and would refer family and friends to use NW Crawl Space .

Lior was meticulous and attentive during the initial inspection! All work to be performed are clearly listed/explained on the service order. Hard working service crew, and follow up QA inspection! Northwest Crawl Space provided impeccable service to help home owners rest easy! I would recommend them to everyone!

Would highly recommend -Northwest Crawl Space Services for all those things that most of us dont want to do under the house in the crawl space area -fantastic to work with & showed up on time -delivered on promised work and no up charges! Did everything on time and was very customer service oriented! Great job NWCSS -thank you
