Access Family & Functional Medicine

I have tried multiple times a day for the last few weeks to get a hold of human being in this establishment... I submitted all necessary paperwork and have not been able to get a hold of anyone in that officw to be able to get in.How are you suppose to run a Healthcare clinic when you don't answer or return left messages?

I appreciate the wholistic approach to healthcare here. It is not about just prescribing medication, but addresses lifestyle, diet and supplements.

They are professional and kind. Address my concerns and made me feel comfortable. They take the time to go over everything from test to concerns. They don't rush you in and out they treat you like they care very much about and me and my medical needs. That's what I like about them , they don't make you feel like your just a number, or rush you. They genuinely care .

Dr. Duran is a gem. He listened fully to all of my concerns and addressed all of my questions. I highly recommend this clinic. I was a patient and not just a number.

I have had the pleasure of seeing both doctors at this office over the course of 10 years and they set the standard of what a primary care/ emergency care or even preemptive /proactive care doctor should be. They are extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience and they actually listen to your concerns and treat your health problems with compassion and well-designed treatment plans/ solutions. They both are excellent at taking into consideration the mind and body of a suffering patient. They are directly responsible for the improvement in my quality of life from there treatment over the years. This is the only doctors office that Ive been to, that will schedule your monthly or follow up appt for you if you've forgotten, usually your out of luck anywhere else if you've forgotten to make a follow up appt and put at the bottom of the list and weeks out. The whole staff , nurses, and docs deserve 6 stars.
