Rainier Dental

These guys ripped me off I will never go to this dentist again. They did the root canal on my front tooth two weeks later I went back to them and told them that my tooth still hurts instead of doing it right they sent me off to a different dentist. They charge me about $1800, and the next dentist wanted to charge me another $2200. My insurance only covers root canals every two years, so now Im stuck with a bad tooth and no money. They told me they cant do anything for me. I try asking them either fix your mistake or give me my money back They wouldnt do either very bad business, I was a patient for a long time. But not anymore Im going to a different dentist from now on. By the way my front tooth is still hurts. I have to wait for two years for my insurance to cover again. Thank you for ripping me off Rainier dental in Bonney Lake.

My father came here to get a cleaning. They did a rush job and didnt even floss.

I have been coming to Rainier Dental for several years. I have always been very happy with the care I have received. In particular, my hygienist Lindsay is fantastic. The staff is also wonderful....Dr. Bai, Vanessa and Natalie. Highly recommended.

Just left the office and am beyond pleased with the experience. I've had extensive dental/ortho work done on my mouth 30k+ due to bruxism/gurd and so i'm cautious when having to find a new Dr/office. (my primary dentist/retired). The office was clean, bright, staff was smiling/laughing, and they were VERY upfront with the cost. Broke everything down and just an absolute joy to deal with. My dental assistant Jaime was funny and very precise with her work ;) Dr Shemshaki fit me in to do some filling work and I found him knowledgeable & entertaining. I think he has a 17 year old dog that means alot to him! haha. I have to go back later this week for more work. I will be making this my primary facility until i'm sure i'll need a periodontist for a full mouth restoration. Thanks Rainer dental, was a great experience!!! :)
