        I love the hygienist and dentist here. They make you feel comfortable, gentle, and always smile. Its always a 5 star but new receptionists and no greetings when you come in or smiles. The one checking people in today should have had a mask on. I asked her if she had a cold and she said thought it was allergies. One ear plugged. But you could tell she was not feeling well.

        Unfortunate to have to leave such a negative review, because both dentists I've seen at this office are actually great. The front desk staff, however, is rude, unprofessional, and will not fix their mistakes. After reading all of the most recent reviews, I now see I should've known better than to go to this office. There is a communication issue between this office and my insurance. I have spoken to my insurance directly and there is nothing for me to fix, but I keep getting calls insisting that I need to fix something. When I have tried to explain that this issue is began the office and insurance, I have been repeatedly cut off and interrupted (by Juana specifically) . Save yourself a headache, and go somewhere else.
