Anna, The owner has provided services for my family member. Anna went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely everything to the T. She made their venue flow nicely just as promised. Thank you, Anna for your hard work.

I'm not quite sure how to rate our experience! We had arranged for a bartender and event server to come and help with our mostly DIY wedding reception. Having professional help was our make-life-easier splurge, and we were so excited to not have to worry about the food and drink details during the event, and to have a simplified clean up at the end of the night because of their help. Our bartender (Lucinda) arrived half an hour before the wedding (at the scheduled time) and let my husband know that her coworker wasn't able to make it. Guests were walking in the door within the next half hour, so we chose not to worry about it and went with it, though unfortunately it was too late to adapt any of our plans or get family members up to speed so they could help. Lucinda was so nice, and tried her best to help with the things that our event server was going to (and did a great job of trying to juggle way too many things!)
I know that things happen (people get sick and there are legitimate emergencies that come up!) Anna (the owner) reached out after I posted this review- she hadn't been notified that our 2nd person didn't show up and sincerely apologized for the issue.
