        Men in this office on a power trip. Sad to hear one of the male workers loudly berating a newer female employee. Really unprofessional. It was difficult to make an appointment and when I called to do so I was transferred to speak with someone instead I waited on hold a while and ultimately got hung up on. Took a number at the empty office, two people before me got seen quickly then I sat here without getting seen.

        Spent 1.5 drove in from Canada, went to the office and was immediately told this place is appointment only even tho it didnt say it anywhere on their website (and the office was empty too). The staff was dismissive and said we have to wait for another hour and even if we did, they might not be able to get to us. Well, here goes my morning, this is a complete waste of time. DO NOT travel one hour to the office without an appointment.
