        I am so irritated that the Lydia after hours number doesn't get you in direct contact with anyone! The police couldn't get into the new apartments off gladstone to assist my sister and she lives there! She is locked outside and NOT able to get inside! Why isn't there a secondary option to get inside or like stated before an actual after hours number where you can contact someone!?!
