My husband and I were on the fence about selling our home, but Dave encouraged us to take the leap! Dave coordinated open houses for us and within FOUR days we sold our home for nearly 50 over asking price! In todays economy we didnt even think that was possible, but Dave made it happen. He helped us buy a house immediately after we sold our other home, which we were very nervous about. He was very thorough and detailed with answering any and all questions we had (we had a lot of questions!) He also got us connected with a great home loan group, a repair man, and a cleaning service! Dave went absolutely above and beyond what we would have ever dreamed of when looking for a realtor! When my husband and I decided it was time to move back to my home country, Australia, we knew we had to sell our home very quickly, and given how fast we were watching the market crash we weren't sure where to start when selling our first home. This is where Dave came in and saved the day! Between selling and moving country, we had to purge our entire life belongings, with a sick toddler and a baby on our hips, wrap up our jobs, and some how get our house that we had worked so hard on to a staging-state within less than 2 weeks! Dave brought his wife Deb over while we were all sick, and together they helped pack, clean, do dirty dishes, encourage, and uplift us for hours! We felt like they were literal angels! Not only this, but Dave brought his daughter (a professional stager) in to help stage for no charge, and was able to recommend a great photographer (again, no charge to us) and cleaners that all went above and beyond! Dave also called and texted, keeping us updated, and ensuring we understood each stage in this brand new to us process from beginning to end! We honestly will be recommending him (and his whole family) to everyone we know in the area! Couldn't thank him and his beautiful family enough for all they've done for our family. The whole experience was one of those that I know we will forever be looking back on to remember the goodness in humanity!
