Next Generation Painting LLC

Initially we thought all was good. Next Generation Painting LLC was expensive (six figures) but we felt OK with the service. A few months after the painting job was completed we had some of the painted exterior doors show peeling. I expected a quick resolution, however what I've experienced in complete stonewalling. No on e from the company will return my phone calls or texts or emails. At this time I can only suggest that you run away and find someone else for your painting project. I cannot believe there are businesses that can remain open with this level of customer service.

Next Generation came out and painted the exterior of my rental home. They showed up when they said they would, finished on time, and every worker I interacted with was pleasant and respectful. Its also a local, family run company. Ill use them again in the future. Service: Exterior painting

Very unprofessional. I have a very simple 1800sf home on a flat lot. Took them 2 weeks to return a bid and it wasnt itemized, just a number thrown into an unsigned email. They quoted $25,500 to paint my house. Thats 5 times the average in this town. No explanation. Felt like a filthy scam and an insult to my intelligence. Im a painting contractor myself and I know this isnt right, but Im concerned for the people out there that could be scammed by this company. Clearly unscrupulous.

Next Generation did a superb job painting the exterior of our home two years ago. We hired them again to do some interior painting this winter. Both experiences were worth every cent.
