Eric is awesome. He worked with us for several months to find houses that matched our budget and expectations. He also got us our earnest money back when we needed to back out of an offer. He also got us set up with a really good contractor for house repairs on our new home. He is super friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend working with him.

You dont have to think twice about it working with Eric, just pick him and youll do well finding your house. We just bought our first house and we are extremely satisfied with it! Its better than we thought we would be able to find! Eric helped us so much since the first house he showed us. He showed us many houses, explained positives and negatives about the places when we asked, he was very patient and guided us through every step we needed to buy a house. Eric also is very fast responding questions through text/emails and if he cant be there to show you a house, hell ask someone he trusts to do it. He has a group of professionals that work with him that makes all of the process of buying a house go very smoothly. Just to finish, hes a very ethical person. Recommend him 100%. You wont regret working with him!
