Receptionist was rude. Assumed I had Medicaid insurance when I only have employer insurance when I called to schedule an appointment. Did not bother to ask for other patient identifiers! Needs to be more professional or replace that receptionist!

Dr Ayars was great! He listened to my symptoms, ran some tests right then and there, and provided both short term and long term solutions to help.

The receptionist was very rude. She acted as if answering my questions was beneath her. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to look up my appointment, since she told me I didnt have one before I even told her my name.The nurses rested and spoke to me as if Im an idiot. The PA that I saw did not listen. She would ask me a question then speak over me when I tried to answer. She would try to finish my sentences before she even knew what I was going to say. I had the worst experience. The staff treated me as if I am an idiot. The staff acted as if patient care is an inconvenience. I wasnt told all information before I left my last appointment because I wasnt aloud to ask questions. When I would start to ask a question I would get cut off. So I would rather start my entire allergy shot process completely over again than ever come back to this clinic. I will be canceling my childs appointment as well. I am not going to bring her to a place where she wont be respected or listened. Do better and be better. If patient care and hospitality isnt something this clinic is interested in, then maybe they should find people that like to do that or find a different profession. I hope they all have the day that they deserve.

Dr.Ayres and his entire staff provide what I would consider world class medical care. I cant say enough about what he has done for me and the care that he provided me.

I saw Dr Elkayam as a new patient this morning. He spent a lot of time thoughtfully explaining possible etiologies for my condition with just the right amount of detail. He also provided follow-up referrals. In addition, all of the staff were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this office and Dr Elkayam.
