What a wonderful family owned company! They came to my rescue when it was discovered my property lines were pretty bad. I was at the end of a sale and all set to move to Tennessee. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. They were diligent in the surveying process and have worked to assist with adjustments. I highly recommend Jepson and Associates. We had our property surveyed as we were having a fence built and were not exactly sure where the property lines were located. One side was adjoining city owned and we also have a city easement to get to the creek behind our property. We wanted the fence at the property lines. Zack was very professional and answered all of my questions. Price came a bit under quote as it wasnt a difficult job. I would highly recommend Jepson! Thanks for being highly professional.
