Please save yourself time and money and dont shop at Fred Meyers Jeweler My husband purchased a pearl ring for me in December of 2021. He wanted to purchase insurance on the ring but Fred Meyers will not guarantee pearls. It was not until March that I was able to have the ring sized and began wearing it. Within 4 months of wearing my pearl in the ring had broken. In August of 2021 I returned the ring. Since that time I have been in many many conversations with staff at Fred Meyers including customer relations. They will fix it but it will cost more than a brand new pearl ring. I am truly saddened by this entire experience. If you want a jeweler that will stand behind their product do not go to Fred Meyers Jewelers.

FM jewelry both on Bakerview Rd and Lakeway staff was very helpful and were great to work with every time. I bought my engagement ring for my wife there in 2020 and have had great service each time. I highly recommend them for all jewelry services.

Manager Robert refused to help with a return, leaving his new employees to try and muddle through. After ~35 minutes of trying and eventually getting locked out of the system, we were told to leave and come back another time to try and return. This after a whole host of other problems with them being unable to simply execute a return on their own store branded card, making us call the company and suffer through a long robosystem to try and get human help to get our account number. I'd return everything we had recently bought at this point (several thousands of dollars of jewelry) just to make it clear to the store at how unacceptable this is but my wife loves the pieces and I won't punish her for their gross incompetence. However, we will NEVER be buying jewelry from FM again.
