        There are wonderful people that work for signature home health so I definitely want to acknowledge this. Im giving one star due to the fact that I personally have witness neglect from signature home health. To leave a chronic client in need of wound change due to reasons that arent right is just awful in my own professional opinion. Ive worked many times with clients who arent doing right by themselves and its not always easy to deal with or see. But to leave them high and dry in much need of your skills and care is beyond me. Moving forward it is duly noted
