I was served with a temporary parenting plan and an exparte restraining order. My ex took my child and I was unable to have any contact with him for the long two and a half months while we collected declarations and waited court dates. Maureen helped me create a response and provided the necessary evidence to prove the allegations were false. After one court hearing my son came home and I was granted primary custodial parent.
