        The ER Dept was incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and helpful while keeping their calm and composed demeanors despite a sudden influx from 8 patients involved in a fatal car accident on Friday night. I came in after a 3 hour drive from Whistler for a suspected broken ankle and their concern for me developing compartment syndrome and trying to prevent it was evident. From the gentleman who welcomed and checked us in upon entering, to the amazing team (Matthew the imaging technician, Mitch the RN and Dr Stokes as well as the first male RN who I was unable to catch his name who helped take vitals and escalated my condition), I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for a team of kind hearted individuals who were also serving those with many different backgrounds with equal respect and compassion. It is rare to see a team work so well under a high stress environment and still remain patient first. They made my birthday in the ER well worth the trip!

        Best Emergency Room visit our family has ever experienced. Caring doctor and nurse. We were seen, diagnosed and discharged with medication and prescription sent very quickly.

        From all these terrible reviews you would think Peace Health wouldve done something about this by now. Staff literally has no sympathy, youre better off going on YouTube to help yourself than waste a minute here.

        Hello. I came into the emergency room on Tuesday evening. It was very busy. I had broken a part on my Nephrostomy tube. The nice lady that was taking names called over a nurse to help us. She jumped right in and put gloves on and looked at the tube. She sat us down, and went off to find a part for the tube. She came back 5 minutes later and was able to fix the problem. She was so knowledgeable, and so kind. She saved us a very long wait that night. Her name is Andrea . My name is Bruce Nicholl. Keep up your great work at the hospital. Thank you
