Was very difficult to schedule with and did not return calls. Then randomly calls in the early AM stating he will be coming to perform the service at 10am the same day (we did not schedule it for this day or time). He then showed up at 8:15 expecting to start the work. When asked he if could continue with the originally scheduled time, he said he would just return next week. He then realized he did not even have the box to replace ours with on him, so he agreed to come back at 10 to give time for someone to bring the box to him. He was extremely disrespectful to my elderly in laws and an absolute a-hole to his apprentice. Atrocious service honestly, but my electrical box works at least.

Replaced defective Daikon Split Heat Pump in the worst of weather. A company, owner and staff with integrity, professionalism and skill. Plan to hire them whenever we have electrical needs including generator installation. Services: Installation, Light fixture repair

Eric was AMAZING! We were without heat and our home had a power surge so we couldnt use space heaters. He answered the phone right away and when I told him our situation, he rearranged his day and helped us navigate the problem. He called the city and made sure everything in the house was safe. He was prompt, personable and professional. Cant recommend enough. Service: Electrical power restoration

I cant say enough about this company, when everybody else was busy and they were as well they still made time for me, The owner showed up to my house I could tell right off the bat he was honest and fair and told me exactly what was going on with my problem, they were booked out for work but he still had his employee and himself at my house the next morning at 6:30 AM to fix and restore the power to my home, I had questions the next day and he called me back immediately and has the best customer service I have ever seen ! Thank you so much its hard to find a business that cares about their customers as much as you all!! you are our electricians for life!
