Finally got a decent doctor and they tell me they can't accept me anymore because I have a new second insurance through work. My health was finally on the rise and now they're pulling the rug out on me because of GREED and they won't let me pay out of pocket to keep my doctor. What a scumbag type of practice, proving this inst about helping people its about maximuming profits. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TOSSED ASIDE FOR TRYING TO BETTER YOUR LIFE!

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. All the staff are friendly and Dr. Anderson has shown me so much grace, flexibility and care. They really are the best and I feel lucky to be their patient. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Constantly changing staff makes it difficult to get reliable answers.  Reception staff is rude and unresponsive.My husband had been a patient of Dr Anderson's for the last 8 years.  Their relationship had always been collaborative and cordial.  Until the Kaiser Pharmacist scared Dr Anderson and convinced him to schedule a reckless withdrawal of long term medications which was successfully used for the last 10 years.  Dr Anderson was not interested in withdrawal symptoms my husband experienced.  Instead he responded to emails asking for help with, "you should not be experiencing this"  "Have a nice day".  This betrayal of trust is outrageous for a family physician.  We have found another physician willing to work with us and not against us.
