Gandolfo's New York Deli

Outstanding. Simply outstanding. A fantastic family owned deli/sandwich shop owed by a lovely husband and wife who are the only 2 folks working there since Covid. The sandwich choices are unlimited. The food is fresh and delicious (the marble rye is to die for) and everything from the explanation of the sandwich board (which can be overwhelming) to the speed of service is top notch. Forget the chains or any other restaurant options in Bellingham and go to Gabdolfos!. Almost forgot this and Id be remiss in not highlighting the banana pudding. Its made on site and definitely is a MUST ORDER item. Im serious!!

I had this place for the first time recently and IT WAS SOO GOOD. The owner was super sweet, the place was super clean and well taken care of. We loved it so much we are coming back again and recommended it to our coworkers. Best sammie place in town! You need to try it

This place is a bellingham hidden gem! stopped in on a whim and had one of the best sandwiches of my life. Generous portions.

Amazing pastrami. The folk that own the place are great people. The sandwiches and salsa are simply the best around. This is a hidden gem. Great positive vibe as well.
