They have officially lost my business because of their practices.
Went to buy a pair of toddler rainboots and came across a pair with a goodwill sticker on the tag. It was priced at 6 bucks from goodwill. Went to checkout thinking the price would be the same or really close, and they charged me 19.99 for them.
Instead of going to goodwill and being able to find them there for 6 dollars, someone from weeones went to goodwill bought them for resale and put them on the shelf for 19.99 and forgot to remove the goodwill sticker. Why?! Why remove the ability for someone in the community to buy then for 6 bucks. Then charge more than 3 times the amount they were bought for is an insane profit margin. I am an accountant, i understand needing to make a profit but the whole point of consignment to to provide a resource for people who cannot afford 20 dollar new boots not buy them from a donation store in the same town and overcharge at another.
I asked about the price after i checked out and was told to go pick out a different pair, no discount or refund offered (i had not left the line before noticing the price). Reluctantly I picked out a different pair, they didnt have anymore in her size so i picked the next closest but when i got home they didnt fit my little girl. Went back today to exchange them for a size bigger so she could at least grow into them and saw that the pair from goodwill were back on the shelf priced at 19.99 and the goodwill sticker was scratched off.

Took in a box of kids clothes in really good shape with popular name brands on a Friday. They said they didnt have time to go through them and gave me till Monday to pick up what they didnt want. I couldnt make it down on Monday. Just called them and they say they only took one pair of jeans and donated everything else. Horrible business practice!

Basically stole my sons clothes, most in season new clothes I bought at Wee Ones!!! Button downs included. Most my son never wore, they didnt take one piece for consignment. I had no idea if I wasnt able to come in on Monday they would "donate them". I dropped them on Friday. They did not tell me. Where were they donated to? I feel they save them and sell them later and i get no benefit. I went in and the lady basically was rude as heck and told me I should have come on the day they told me to, period. The girl didnt say it was the only day to pick them up, and said it may be ready Monday. Very rude very bad business to be talked to thay way. I have shopped there since my son was 3 and now he is 10!!! I know what they sell, I wanted to consign exactly what they sell as I bought it there myself! I dont expect every piece to be taken but none? Robbery!
