Time has passed since my first visit to his gallery and I must say the welcoming was nothing short or love. Jack has this delicate nature of respect for his customers even if youre not purchasing he is delightful. He is knowledgeable and willing to learn more. His pricing (I feel ) should be higher however he thinks of the customer more than the market value which in turn the customer wins. I wish to spend more time with Jack and come back for more of his knowledge and choice crystals. Thank you Jack for the beautiful selenites from china.

While this is my sons store, its sometimes harder to get a recommendation from a parent than it is a stranger, so I am adding my comments. I love Jacks store, it is friendly, original, authentic and loaded with a variety of minerals from around the world. He continues to adjust his offerings to his customers needs and has an amazing ability to build community. If you have not been into the store, check it out, its refreshing.

my favorite mineral shop in bellingham !! jack is so helpful and great to make conversation with. i don't think i'm capable of coming in here and spending less than 30 minutes browsing whenever there are new specimen - his quality, hospitality, and fair prices cannot be beat.
