        Bought a pair of work boots for $272. Called the next day and asked to return for one size larger. They would not exchange. Worst customer service in the world. Spend your money elsewhere.

        Today's date 04.22.2023 around 10;30 we went to buy shoes from Vancouver, and no one even said hello, hi, good morning, after that we went to the boots section one sale guys so rude, probably that guys don't know the manner of how to talk and how to do the sales service to the customer, please Owner of this business you need to give the professional training to your employee if you wants good business, they must learn customers should all be treated with dignity, respect and the attention any human deserves.
