This is a hard review to write because I have two friends who really like El Sueito. But I will merely share my personal opinion after two visits. I'm vegetarian and when I visited the first time the menu listed several veg tamales but they were all marked out as unavailable except one (mushroom & cheese). This was probably because they had opened this location recently. I thought the mushroom tamale was dry and bland. On this visit, four veg tamales were available and two were unavailable. I got the lunch special with the soyrizo tamale and rice and beans. I thought everything was bland. I definitely could try something other than the tamales, but that doesn't help me with the rice and beans. Service was super friendly and helpful, and I like the open and clean feel of the seating, but I wish I enjoyed the food.

Great beer and food. The Tamales are awesome. It has outdoor seating for when the weather cooperates.
