When I went to my first appointment. It was great, except I didnt hold definition on my lips.
The customer service went down hill. Trying to get my lip touch up was ridiculous. My touch-up was pushed out because she was on vacation, she accidentally scheduled me on Easter, I then got sick (she pushed it out another week and then charged me 35$ for the extra work she would have to do because I passed my 5-8 week).
Then she rescheduled me the day before for a family emergency. I understand family emergencies However, she told me I had to come in that week/next week or she would charge me ANOTHER 35$.
As a working mom, scheduling appointments are difficult to make sure I am off of work and have child care. At the end of the day I would be paying an EXTRA 70$ for her rescheduling me.
She also charges a convenience fee if you want a weekend appointment or if you are 5 minutes late.
