Alexander is a gem. I am new in town, I arrived with a pinched nerve in my shoulder that I had been suffering with for weeks, desperate for help, I made an appointment. After one visit it was remarkably better and after a couple more, my pinched nerve was completely fixed. Alexander is extremely knowledgeable, caring and filled with good advice. I have since returned with some sleep problems and after one visit, I noticed a great improvement. I am so happy I found him and highly recommend him to anyone.

I worked with Alexander for about a year after being recommended to him by Shannon from A Better Way Message. I've been dealing with shoulder rotation issues for many years after having an initial shoulder "pop" incident 7 plus years ago. The combination of acupuncture and Qi-Gong has helped me beyond my shoulder problems. It's helped me mentally and physically more than I've ever been aware of and I've been a competitive swimmer/ athlete since 6 years old(I'm 28 now). His extensive knowledge of movements combined with controlled breathing techniques was pinnacle in my recovery and strengthening of my mind and body. He was very patient listening to my struggles and proactive towards putting together practices that I can do on my own for the rest of my life. Alexander's guidance through the movements was clear even for me being a beginner. I recommend his help to everyone, even if your feeling close to your physical and mental "best".
