I cannot find the words to adequately praise ALL of the employees at Overlakes Bariatric & Metabolic Weight Loss Clinic. Every employee I came in contact with was kind, caring, pleasant, professional, competent and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel comfortable and listened to. Each of you go out of your way to care for your patients. The entire process has been seamless from the start. From scheduling my initial consult to diet visits to the surgery and follow-up, it was perfect. It was an outstanding experience and all of you should be proud of your hard work. Thank you for walking with me during this life-changing journey. You all have a special gift and your care is second to none. I commend you on a superbly managed office and program. He did my surgery on 6/15/18. The surgery took 8 1/2 hours. He's absolutely the best. In reference to follow up, he's put a team together in his office that focuses on the patient first. They go out of their way to over promise and under deliver. Personally, I've never seen a doctor who spends more time caring about his patients personally, and the follow up after the surgery is second to none, compared to other doctors I've dealt with in the past. I highly recommend anyone who is dealing with gastrointestinal issues to seek out Dr. Thien Nguyen for their medical needs.
