Kirkland Tax Service has moved to the Eastgate area of Bellevue. The address and name were correct but the phone number was disconnected. A new number was obtained and we will have an appointment this week in the new location.

Very Bad Experience with Mabel unfortunately! After sending all my tax documents to her to file my taxes for me, I was told that it was submitted, however I started getting letters from the IRS that I didn't submit my tax return and now I owe the IRS my original tax amount plus interest and late penalties! I tired to reach out to Mabel to figure out what's going on via email, phone and voice mails but unfortunately never heard back and completely ignored which is extremely unprofessional! I'm not sure if Mabel even filed my return like she said but the least she could do was to at least respond to my many attempts to reach out to her and provide an explanation or some guidance!! ended up paying additional interest and late fees in addition to what I paid KTS to file my taxes! if you need help filing your tax return and don't want any issues with the IRS, stay away from Mabel and KTS!!!

Kirkland Tax Service is amazing. KTS and Mabel have been doing my taxes for 20 years without issues. I recommend everyone I know to KTS, and have referred many people to her over the years. Thanks for making my tax seasons less stressful!
