The Element Smart Roofing team (Damon, Jose, Adam and team) were all a pleasure to work with. Professional, kind, trustworthy, and we got a great green roof as a result. We worked with them for a relatively small project that some other companies wouldnt take seriously but Damon was super responsive and helpful on guiding us through the process for installing a green roof so we could design for it. Super happy we found them and were really happy with the experience and the end result. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Service: Roof installation

When heavy snow and ice caused 5 panels to slide off my steep metal roof I called Damon and he was here the next morning. No other roofing company was interested in responding so fast. It took a few days to secure replacement panels and as soon as they had them they started the repair the very next day. Damon understood the urgency of the situation, i.e. more rain or snow, water damage, and the very real risk of bad weather delaying the repair. His workers, Jose and Mauricio, were very nice and work very hard and very safely. As with many repairs, there are surprises. Jose found that the black vent pipe at the top was broken underneath the ridge and he went right ahead and repaired it (without any cost increase). I had a small amount of water inside where 2 of the 5 panels were almost completely ripped off, and Damon loaned me a heavy duty floor fan to help dry things out. These small things mean a lot, and show how Elemental Smart Roofing takes excellent care of their customers. These guys do excellent work for a fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Far and away the best experience you can ask for if you ever need roofing work. Their work is quality, and FAST. Damon is incredibly responsive and has earned my repeat business over the years as a rental owner in Seattle! I highly recommend them for fast, quality, no BS work. And they dont overcharge you!
