Larry is great and with the help of Layne they are a fantastic duo. They do short work of putting offers on houses and selling your house as well. They make it a very easy process and are willing to explain anything in detail with the whole process.

Highly recommend RSVP. We worked directly with Larry and Layne Kloetsch who were more than helpful and were available for all the questions we had. We all had very open communication. Layne helped so much by seeing the houses for us as we didn't live in area yet. Larry provided so much knowledgeable information and even spotted so many things on properties that even we couldn't see, given his background that we took into perspective to help us make the right decisions in putting offers in on houses until we landed our house. If you are looking for a home in the Spokane area or the Seattle area, I highly suggest you go through them!
