It was wonderful working with Neil as our realtor, he made our home buying experience during COVID and a hot housing market very insightful and smooth. This was our second time buying a home and working with Neil was completely different from any other realtor - he would accompany us to every single house tour we did(given the crazy market - we toured a lot), he gave us the time to tour each house, listen to our opinion and provide his unbiased feedback and discuss every single detail about the pros/cons of the house. Such a meticulous process and detailed knowledge of the house and real estate in the interested area was very helpful for me and my husband to eliminate and narrow down on some good houses. We were always able to reach out to Neil with any questions at any point in time during our house buying and he was very patient throughout clarifying our questions. He provided us with all the details with putting down an offer and having a plan for various possible outcomes. Neil also had us covered with his experience in the real estate industry with getting an inspection done, providing references for lenders, communicating with the builders seller agents and closing out on the house on time.
