Zach and Stefne worked tirelessly for almost a year to help me find a house in what seemed like an impossible market. They always made time for showings and were never pushy. They have a builder on the team who walked me through inspection reports to understand the condition of houses and improvement/renovation possibilities. At one point they even secured an off-market deal below market price in Wallingford and were not upset when the deal fell through. Ive purchased and sold several homes in my lifetime and can vouch that this team will take great care of you and have your best interest in mind!

We could not ask for a better and more professional team than Zach and Stefne. They are truly the people you want during this stressful time. I had a terrific time working with Zach on my very first home purchase. He patiently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed at each step of the way. His communication was excellent, and he seemed to be always available to address concerns and schedule showings, during which he consistently provided helpful insight and guidance.
