I had the worst experience with their agent Na Zhuo, who claimed to be my "friend". She is unethical, lying about facts such as square footages, high voltage towers, road noise. Her team and she pushed us to add unreasonably high bid on an unpopular house which made us pay at least 25% more than what we should have paid! Our family is going through tremendous suffering due to their lying, pushing and irresponsible misbehavior. I reported her unethical conduct to her manager and the managing partner but they are the same kind. Avoid this company by all means. Google the company, they have so many consumer complaints. They are known for the scheme! Biggest lesson in my life!

My real estate agent, Glen Dean was phenomenal!! He made my first time home buying experience simply incredible. The entire process was smooth and even with tight deadlines and changes, he was timely in his efforts to advocate for me. He understood my needs as a first time buyer and also helped me think longer term. Glen and my mortgage company also worked very well together which made the process seamless. Glen was with me every step of the way going beyond just "showing houses." Glen is communicative, informative and thorough. He made sure I understood what was happening and what and how to prepare along the way. Glen and I built and sustained a strong level of trust which is vital to the agent - client relationship. I highly recommend Glen Dean to be your next agent!

I sold my home through a Windermere agent, Lynly Callaway and Josh Avery represented the buyers. Josh Avery was provided the keys from Callaway, between him and Callaway they took it upon themselves to violate, breach the buyer seller contract and provide the buyer with the keys. They gave permission to buyers to take possession of my home.... Before I completed my move. Before I received proceeds from the sale. Before the "take possession time" as written in the contract. My realtor texted me, "I told Josh I would let him know if I heard from you, and I hadn't. So he just decided to try." So for clarity I asked, "So, let me understand...you and Josh took it upon yourself to violate my contract?" And her reply was, "Nope. I didn't tell him to go." When I emailed him and asked him who gave him the authority to violate my contract, no response. He took his commission and ran. Clearly illegal. Clearly breaching the purchase sale contract. Since he doesn't care by his lack of response to my email perhaps NARs will or real estate attorney because a seller does have options. Look elsewhere because he is irresponsible and unprofessional.
