What an amazing experience! The teams expertise and experience showed from day one. April was a huge help with staging and recommending things we could do to increase curb appeal and value. Stephens method of reading the local market and the current economic conditions gave us a clear picture of what we could expect during the sale. Their skill at marketing and they way they positioned our sale on social media was amazing. The weekly time line and project management through out the process helped us to stay on track.
