Teck is an outstanding agent who helped us in finding our home. He was very professional and friendly. He understood our requirements and what we are looking for quickly and started presenting houses that will justify our needs. He made the entire process very smooth and joyful. He helped us to understand the real value of the house and guided us to make the best offer such that we could get the house. He also provided us guidance in terms of which factors we should evaluate first in our hunt for a house and he helped us a lot to find the house we were looking for even by working on Sundays. He also helped us to get in touch with a loan professional which helped us to find the right financing for us. Teck is very friendly, very responsive, always on time, makes quick follow-ups and extremely knowledgable in his domain. We were very satisfied working with him and highly recommend for anyone buying/selling. This time it didn't work for us as we couldn't supply the money that we were planning to use in our downpayment but I will absolutely work with him again pretty soon

I have known Teck Chu for several years. He has always advised me on current market trends, prices, and stability. For all the years I've known him, he was always accurate on pricing, neighborhoods, and the importance of school districts, especially Bellevue (Newport Hills). After gathering all that information, he was the right person for the job. He sold our condo for over the asking price in Renton, following the sale of our home in Newcastle, which he sold in just three days. After the sale of these two properties, our new focus was to live in three specific Bellevue neighborhoods (Lake Heights, Somerset, and Newport Hills). With Teck's hard work, dedication, and focus on our family (especially in the desirable school district of Bellevue), he found us a wonderful home in Newport Hills in Bellevue for an unbelievable price, which is a very difficult task to accomplish. Given all the circumstances and obstacles that came our way, Teck was able to keep us calm and get us to the finish line. I have worked with several realtors, but no one can compare to Teck with his professionalism and warm heart.
