It was great to work with Mitsui-san and Herod-san for buying a house in Greater Seattle area. They shared a lot of information throughout the process that we should know, which was really helpful since it was the first time for us to buy a house. They are patient to answer any of our stupid questions around not only home-buying process but also basic knowledge about the areas, neighborhood, and trend that based on their profound experiences. Also their response is quick, concise, and accurate.

I honestly cant speak highly enough of Mariko and Tomoka as they are absolutely phenomenal to work with. Deciding to sell my home on short notice, Mariko made a plan that got the house ready and on the market in (to me) record time. Mariko definitely makes an effort to understand your needs and what you are looking for. She will tell you what is realistic vs. what isnt. Further, Mariko knows the market and how to cater to it; ultimately I sold my house for the price I was looking for. Mariko also assisted me in buying my new house and again, I cant say enough about her help especially when negotiating and getting the best deal. Much like others have noted, she was always available, highly responsive, and very sensitive to my needs. I truly appreciated and am grateful for Mariko and Tomokas help, guidance, and support through both (selling and buying) transactions. I will absolutely use them again for any real estate needs.

I was a first time buyer with very picky taste and endless criteria and questions. Nonetheless, Mariko Mitsui & Mariko Marie made themselves available at all hours of the day & time of the week to answer my questions via text, call, email and zoom meetings. They were also extremely flexible when it came to arranging a time to meet with me for a showing. They are thoughtful, organized, knowledgeable and well-connected. I felt comforted at all times that I was in great hands. As a team they worked tirelessly to understand my needs and wants and shared postings of places that I may be interested in as soon as they became available. Their dedication to helping me find a place was very evident and extremely appreciated. Additionally, my parents are native Japanese speakers so it was an added plus that they are both bilingual in English & Japanese and could give my parents peace of mind in being able to communicate with them throughout the process. For buyers or sellers at any stage I would highly recommend this wonderful team!!!
