Betina was recommended by a friend to help sell our house as we quickly found out we were moving out of town. She was quick to respond and quickly got to work helping us prep to sell our house. She was very organized, a great communicator and knowledgeable in our area. The process was very smooth and we were able to close within 2 weeks of receiving an offer! Betina was wonderful to work with! She drove me around while I was house shopping since I didn't have a vehicle (I was in an apartment and had just moved to WA prior). We spun through Bothell, Issaquah, West Seattle, Renton, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Redmond properties, so it was quite the commute. In the end, I ended up with an amazing home that exceeded my expectations. I thought I would only walk away with a decent condo, but ended up getting a large house within budget. I'm truly happy about working with Betina!

Betina is a very pleasant person with great resources. She cares about her clients and was really candid with pros and cons of picking apartments. She talked to me with great interest and understood my requirements and found me few apartments that catered to my requirement. Even though I ended up going another route due to personal reasons, the listings she found me were amazing. Betina is very reliable, very punctual, very responsive and trustworthy real-estate agent. Totally loved the overall experience.

We met Betina a year ago when we were looking for investment properties and while going around for other tours we used to always talk about our forever home. As our needs changed and we paused our search, Betina kept us up to date with the new single family home listings coming up almost every week. We spent countless hours in the car with her looking at beautiful houses and even became good friends! She was very patient and took extra time and care to curate our searches, consider all our requirements (we had many!) and also went out of her way to check out new homes even if they weren't on our agenda for the day! Thanks to her we found our absolute dream home in a wonder community, which we also got a seller credit for :) Even after the offer was accepted, she was very helpful in making sure someone was there for us for the pre inspection, walk throughs etc. It has been an absolute pleasure working with her and if anyone is looking for their dream home, Betina can definitely help you with that!
