Nick is super easy to work with. Professional photographers, stagers, and cleaners were at the ready to prepare our home to be sold at top dollar. The best...from the start, Nick was nothing more than professional from day one. Spoke honestly concerning current evaluation of the area, a solid price to sell at, and what we could expect. Nick suggested companies to help in completing the upgrades needed to sell the home. All bids were fair (compared to two other bids minimum I obtained), and his referenced companies were professional and completed all work on time. When we put home up for sell, all viewings were scheduled. We had 30 viewings in a three-day period, and three offers on the third day. Sold the house in three days, amazing. Nick and his team did an outstanding job presenting and selling our home in Woodinville.
