We had the pleasure working with Mary when my parents are shopping for retirement properties. Mary is friendly and professional, and helped us navigate through the tough process with ease. She was with us the whole journey from discovering our needs to finding the right fit, from signing the closing documents to helping us getting the proper care months after the deal has been closed. We felt that we were treated with respect and became close friends by the time the deal was closed. I would highly recommend Mary to anyone who is looking to purchase properties in the Greater Seattle area.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary Pong! If I could, I would give her a ten-stars rating ... and then some! I recently retired and wished to relocate from Arizona to the Seattle area. Mary had previously worked with one of my daughters and son-in-law to purchase a home in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. This was also an out-of-state transaction, as they lived in San Franciso, CA at the time. They highly recommended Mary and Mary was kind enough to take me on as a client. Believe me, it was quite a challenge to find a place I could afford on a fixed retirement income in a beautiful, quaint, safe place no more than an hour's drive from Seattle, but she did it! I am now the proud owner of one side of a beautiful duplex in Gig Harbor -- mission accomplished! Mary is simply fantastic -- so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive (at all hours...I know!), and PATIENT. She suggested several lenders from which I could choose, arranged to have the home inspection done at a time when I was visiting my daughter for the weekend, and helped me find contractors to complete interior updates before my move-in. She truly went above and beyond throughout the process. Thank you so much, Mary, for helping me find the perfect home in Gig Harbor and for continuing to be there for me even after closing.

Mary and team go the extra mile (s) to make sure you are comfortable and heard during the home buying process. Mary is an advocate for her clients while being respectful of the both sides of the transaction. Whether its inventory knowledge, questions about inspections, local knowledge of Western Washington or recommendations for contractors, Mary does not rest until details are done and options are uncovered. She answers calls/texts immediately and her team (Tayissa) is completely aligned with the customer's interests. I would recommend Mary to anyone who appreciates a true professional doing the job with passion and joy.

Mary and her assistant Tayissa Gabreski were wonderful in helping my husband and me purchase our first home. From the beginning of the process, they helped us connect with a lender to find out what type of loan we would be eligible for before we started to look for a home. This helped us keep a realistic view of what we could afford and not fall in love with something that was beyond our means. They really listened to what we wanted in a house and never pushed us to look at a house that didn't meet our needs. Mary was especially amazing when the first house we were supposed to purchase fell through after a failed septic system test and the sellers refused to give us back our earnest money. From start to finish this adventure of purchasing our first home took a little under two months. I highly recommend Mary and Tayissa to anyone that is looking to buy or sell. They responded fast to any questions we had at any time of the day.
