As a 20 year real estate veteran I have worked for several real estate companies and came to WBC from another Windermere office several years ago. While all the companies I have worked for have been amazing in their own way, each with their unique culture, Windermere Bellevue Commons feels most like family. The owners, Cortney and Amy, are so supportive and encouraging. Most importantly, by supporting their brokers so effectively, they provide great support for our clients. Whether it be great marketing, legal advice or market information, WBC is all in for our clients.

I joined this office almost 2 years ago. The weekly training is greatly appreciated. When I mention I am with Windermere, people are always impressed and don't question why we represent more Sellers and Buyers than any firm as our signs are everywhere!

Throughout my career, I have worked at other Windermere offices and Ive never had the support, culture and professionalism as I have received here. Its a home filled with welcoming and knowledgeable administrative staff, brilliant and innovative agents, beyond supportive and growth-mindset owners. It is so inspiring witnessing seasoned agents and brand new ones come together in an effort to elevate the real estate industry by providing white-glove service to each one of our clients. Theres never a question - unanswered and need - unaddressed. I joined the WBC team exactly a year ago and have loved every second of being a part of it!
